Refund Policy

1) Summary

We sell digital items and services (e.g., graphic packs, tools, subscriptions, keys, Discord-delivered assets). Because digital content is accessible immediately after purchase, most orders are not refundable once delivered, except where required by law or covered by the eligibility rules below.

2) Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate order: accidentally bought the same item twice within 24h and one is unused.
  • Delivery failure: you did not receive access/download after payment and our support can verify the failure.
  • Defective file or listing mismatch: the delivered file is corrupted or materially different from the product page; we'll first attempt a replacement or fix. If we cannot fix, a refund or store credit is issued.
  • Unauthorized transaction: report within 48h with evidence; we may ask your payment provider for confirmation.

3) Non-Refundable Items

  • Redeemed or downloaded products (files, keys, tokens) where access has been provided.
  • Services that have started (boosts, coaching, custom work) or were completed.
  • Items suspended due to policy/ToS violations or detected abuse.
  • "All sales final" or discounted clearance items, clearly marked on the product page.

4) Delivery Issues & Replacements

If an item wasn't delivered, check your email spam, account downloads, and Discord DMs. If still missing, contact support with your order ID. For corrupted archives or dead links, we provide a new link or file version. If we fail to deliver a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe, you may choose a refund or store credit.

5) Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime: future periods won't be charged once canceled; the current paid period remains active.
  • No pro-rata refunds for the remaining time in a current billing cycle, unless required by law or our system failed to provide access.
  • If an outage exceeds our posted SLA (when applicable), we may grant partial credit.

6) Pre-orders / Early Access

Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund until delivery starts (access granted or files released). After delivery begins, standard digital-goods rules apply.

7) Bundles & Discounts

For bundle purchases, refunds typically apply to the entire bundle only. If a single component is defective and cannot be replaced, we may credit or refund that component's proportional value at our discretion.

8) How to Request a Refund

  1. Open a ticket on our site or via Discord.
  2. Provide: order ID, email/Discord tag, item name, and a brief description (screenshots if relevant).
  3. Keep access to the files unchanged while we verify (do not redistribute).

We aim to acknowledge requests within 24–48h.

9) Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible; otherwise, we provide store credit. Banks and payment providers may take 3–10 business days to post the refund.

10) Chargebacks & Abuse

Please contact us first—most issues are solvable quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks on delivered digital goods may lead to account limits and license revocation. We provide order logs (delivery timestamps, IP, device info) to the processor during disputes.

11) Region-Specific Rights

Depending on your region (e.g., EU/UK consumer rules for digital content), you may have a withdrawal right until you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal once access starts. Where local law grants additional rights, we will honor them.

12) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in products, law, or payment partners. Material updates will be highlighted on this page.
