4) Orders & Delivery

  • All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse, limit or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or policy violations).
  • Delivery is digital: once payment is confirmed, you will receive download links, a license key, or instructions via the site or email/Discord.
  • Keep backups. We cannot guarantee perpetual hosting for downloads.

5) Pricing, Taxes & Refunds

  • Prices can change without notice. Applicable taxes/fees may be added at checkout.
  • Refunds: Because items are digital and become accessible immediately, all sales are generally final once delivered. If you experience a delivery issue or a critical defect that we can reproduce, contact us within 48 hours and we'll work to repair, replace, or—at our sole discretion—refund.
  • Discount codes and promotions are time-limited and non-transferable.

6) License & Ownership

  • Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital item for your own lawful purposes.
  • You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly publish the files, keys or access credentials.
  • We and/or our licensors retain all intellectual-property rights.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree to use our site and items in compliance with all applicable laws, platform terms, and publisher EULAs. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • Infringing intellectual-property rights or circumventing security/anti-tamper measures.
  • Harassment, fraud, or any activity that could harm game publishers, platforms, or other players.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or bypass licensing and access controls.

Important: Some games/platforms prohibit certain modifications or automation. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the rules that apply to your account(s). We are not responsible for any account actions taken by third parties.

11) Fraud & Chargebacks

Unauthorized transactions, payment disputes, or chargebacks may result in immediate license revocation and account restriction. We may provide proof of delivery and usage logs to the payment processor.

12) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or any license at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or to comply with law.
